Questions about Toll-Gate Licensing

I received an email from Trey Smith(?) about Bob Serling's videos (and subsequent product - Affiliate deal?). Anyway I watched the videos about the Tollgate Licensing technique and I got really excited. And this was at night so then I couldn't sleep. But I do have a couple things holding me back at this point. I don't know if most people get held back by this or not, but Anyway,

1) How do I get/request a retainer fee upfront for the tollgate strategy when I am using the method of an ezine and a product from the adwords section? Do I ask for it from the product company or the ezine? If I get the retainer fee, do I have to give it back if the deal falls through?

2) Don't I need standardized legal forms to put these deals together after I find them?Obviously, I really want to ensure that I get paid afer the two companies are brought together and not just ignored or something(I am probably just being paranoid, but I feelit is a legitimate concern- I really want to get paid). If I need legal forms, how can I get them? Is there a pdf that you could possibly send me? Or something else? Do I realy woudn't mind buying the MillionDollarLicensing Program, but once again, money is kind of scarce. I really just want results - I would feel so much less burdened. Perhapsyou've felt the same way too before.


Anyway, thank you so much for your time. I really appreciate it because I have had sucha hard time trying to find someone that can help me.

P.S. I have a friend who is an international student and who is looking for work. I want to suggest this for her, but I don't know if legally she can do this(working in a different country is maybe in violation of her visa?). Do you know anything about this or whether or not she can try this? I would rather she not have to take a job as a waitress, hehe
